Brittany is driven by passion in every aspect of her career. With a background in the hospitality industry, she developed a deep appreciation for people and thrived in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Early on, she adopted a “work until the job is done” mentality that continues to shape her leadership style and approach to business.

As President of Alpha House Cincy, Brittany is committed to fostering a culture built on resilience, commitment, and grit. She believes people are a company’s greatest asset and is dedicated to creating an environment where her team can grow, lead, and achieve their highest potential. Under her leadership, Alpha House Cincy continues to expand its brand while providing meaningful opportunities for professional and personal development.

Originally from New Jersey, Vicky now lives in Hershey, PA and proudly roots for the NY Giants. After starting out in teaching, she was inspired to join Daz & Company for the growth opportunities and has since found her favorite part—the family environment and strong relationships built here.

Outside of work, Vicky recently got married, cares for her mom who has Parkinson’s, and adores her dog, Ella. She also loves traveling, camping, trying new things, and diving into a good thriller novel.
